8:00 p.m. – Ghost Tour (A lovely couple from Orange County)
9:30 p.m. – Grocery shopping (potatoes, milk)
10:00 p.m. – Work (Facebook ad building)
11:30 p.m. – Break for dinner (pork chops and mashed potatoes, a la Ben)
12:30 p.m. – Finish work
1:00 a.m. – Write blog
FRIDAY
6:00 a.m. – Wake up
7:00 a.m. – Leave for Bend Get a call from my dad, grandpa has died.
8:00 a.m. – Get friend Colleen to tell my 6pm walk-ups that the tour is cancelled, leave for Bend
11:00 a.m. 12:30 p.m. – Arrive in Bend
11:30 a.m. – Say hello to all my cousins and uncles, and goodbye to my grandpa. That’s a euphemism. He is dying. Watch 3 different delivery people come up the driveway with flowers from family and friends.
1:30 p.m.3:30 p.m. – Leave for Portland
5:30 p.m. – Arrive in Portland
4:30 p.m. – Realize we aren’t going to make it to Portland, call Ben’s sister Mara to tell my 8 p.m. walk-ups that the tour is cancelled
6:00 p.m. – Ghost Tour
8:00 p.m. – Ghost Tour
10:00 p.m. – Work? Sleep? Depends on whether or not God hates me.
9:00 p.m. – Arrive home, eat cereal and watch TV in a stupor.
Midnight – Go to sleep
SATURDAY
7:00 a.m. – Leave for Corvallis
7:30 a.m. – Wake up
8:00 a.m. – Write a report
9:30 a.m. – Arrive in Corvallis Leave for Otto’s to buy sausages
11:00 am – Pick up Ben’s grandma for the party
Noon – Ben’s parents’ birthday party
2:30 p.m. – Leave for Portland by myself
5:30 p.m. – Arrive in Portland
6:00 p.m. – Ghost Tour
8:00 p.m. – Ghost Tour No tickets and no walk-ups, Ghost Tour cancelled!
10:00 p.m. 8:30 p.m. – Drive back to Corvallis so that I don’t have to be alone in my house.
10:30 p.m. – Arrive in Corvallis
11:00 p.m. – Compile a report for a client.
