Lots to Do

I’ve been waking up between 6:30 and 7:30 am and going to sleep between 12:30 and 1:30 am and I’m usually working most of the hours in-between.

It’s a privilege to get to work like this, and to have people who want to work with me. I feel energized and optimistic about what I’m doing, how I’m doing it, and who I’m doing it for.

I am tired, and it’s a challenge to remember to eat well, drink enough water and to know when enough is enough. The momentum of working like this can be attractive. So much so that I stay up longer than I need to sometimes, or skip meals when I don’t have to, or eat crappy when I don’t have to because it feels a little exciting to be doing so much and needed so much.

I need to get over myself and go to bed.
